Account Registration

Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers are accepted. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days. Card processing times depend on your issuing bank.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified at the point of offer. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

If you discover a software error or vulnerability that results in irregular game behaviour or inflated winnings, you must cease play and report it to [email protected]. Winnings obtained through known exploits are not payable.
Account Suspension & Closure
ey382 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ey382 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Reasons for account suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime; provision of false registration information; underage gambling; or at the request of the account holder themselves.
Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your ey382 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. If your account holds a positive real-money balance at the time of closure, ey382 will process a withdrawal of those funds to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations apply to those funds.
Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinite closure. Limitation of Liability
The ey382 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ey382 excludes all liability for: any loss of profits, revenue, or account funds resulting from Platform downtime, game interruptions, or technical errors not caused by ey382's gross negligence; any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the Platform; any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure; and any loss resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
